No Visibility

There is not much you can do in Krui on December. The surfs are not just as regular as the other months. Krui Left that was very good from March to October doesn’t turn very good today, and so are the other spots. However, still you can surf sometime. “It’s not very good down here, but it was good at the other side the other day,” said Louis, a surfer who I met this morning when I asked him how Krui Left was.

Instead of surfing, Louis went diving at Krui Left this morning with a pair of large flippers and a spear gun in his hands. I saw him up and down the water by the surfs. The Left was small and there is nobody in there. And he came out of the water empty handed.

“How’s it going?” I asked.

“Not very good. No visibility.”

“How deep did you go?”

“About thirty feet.”

“I saw a man with a spear gun in the other side. He dived about five meters down. He got big fish,” I said.

“Yes, it’s much more clear down there,” he replied.
