The Peak was pumping this morning, but the other spots in Krui
town were not. When I came to Krui Left at 9 o’clock, the surf wasn’t working
very well. It was about one to one and a half feet, and there were nobody out,
and so was Krui Right. It was just as small. The only surfers I saw were two
bikers, but they left beach not long after I arrived.
Turning to The Peak I saw it was working. It was big. It’s
just as big as it can get I guess. I’ve never seen it pumps bigger than this. However,
there wasn’t anybody out there but a body boarder. And this guy enjoyed the
surf for himself as long as he could bear. At least from 9 o’clock past
something to fifteen minutes past ten there was nobody else coming. And this
guy ruled The Peak for the whole morning.
Mean while, The Leftover was small and it was empty either. And
when I came back to Krui Left at about 9.20, it was just the same. It was small
and there was no one out.
