Krui Left
was pumping again this morning. It was about three and a half feet at the most.
But The Right wasn’t as big. About five people surfed The Left about 9 o’clock,
but the later the morning the more surfers came to join in, but the number
never got more than ten I guessed since the existing surfers gave up once they saw many other
surfers coming.
And I
saw something new at The Left this morning, something that I never seen before.
It was a surfer with a paddle who rowed his surf board like a fishing boat. He was
stood out of the crowd since he stood up on his board instead of lying down
like the other surfers did. The first time I saw him I wondered what was going on. It wasn’t until I saw
him riding his board with a paddle did I realize that he was surfing like
others, only he was using a row.
However,
The Peak wasn’t very big this morning, but I saw some surfers in the water as well. But
Karang Nyimbur was stunningly big. “It was about 18 feet, but it was at the
wrong direction. Nobody out in the water,” said this man that I met at The
Left. No wonder the surfers packed at Krui surfs. 18 feet is never small, I guess….
