Meet Romeu

I met Romeu at the Peak this morning. Romeu is a nice and friendly Portuguese guy who likes to talk to anybody he meets. He is the kind of guy who is not reluctant to say hello first whenever he meets somebody new. And so he did to me. He said hello to me first when we met this morning, and smiled willingly. And when we  talked, he talked in a friendly manner. Talking to him, you don't feel like talking to someone stranger.

Romeu is not the first Portuguese guy I met in Krui, of course. If you go to Krui surfs, you’ll have a big chance to meet some Portuguese people, too. Unlike Australians or Americans, Portuguese, along with Spanish people, are newbie in Krui surfs. But once they start, they grow fast in number. And when you go to Krui surfs and see some surfers on the beach today, there must be some Portuguese among them.

Romeu kindly gave me his Facebook address and allow me to have his photos to share. And when you see some surf photos in my blog, they are probably Romeu’s.
