Krui Left
was a ghost town again this early morning. When I arrived at the beach about 9
o’clock past something, it was almost flat with nobody in the water, and so was
Krui Right. But later, at ten o’clock past something, came a surfer with his
bike, and the swells were a little bigger, about one and a half feet. No waiting
at all, this surfer went right away into the water. He seemed to like small
waves. He enjoyed the swells which later
turned even bigger, about two feet.
He enjoyed
the surf all for himself until about 11:20, when a lady body boarder came out
from her camp into the water. Unwilling to share, this surfer gave up and came
out of the water. And not long after that, came another body boarder out of his
camp to join the lady in the water. Some surfers arrived by bikes then to have
a look at the surf, but they decided to go away after a few minutes. The two
body boarders shared the waves for themselves then until midday.
