KRUI, Indonesia, a small town with a lot of motorcyles shops and restaurants people with great surf. It's a place so blessed with surf, it's a town everyone would stop or even spend couple of days in. As it is blessed, one has to put with the constant sound of loud motor scooters, oh yeah, and everywhere one walks here it's "Hello Mister ..!!" which gets a little annoying. About 10 k's out of town, there is a long leftareef break, called Mandiri Beach. One ride on this wave though all the hassles, smoke filled buses that constantly breakdowns the overcharging just cause you are a tourist, etc, or if one put up with the expense of air flight. You just know as how drop down this very steep wall into a deep bottom hand turn there up into your first re-entry it's all been worth it, enjoy. There a few other breaks but I wouldn't say this lefthander is the best.
