To go to this Island, you can start from Krui pier, or from Tembakak. Tembakak is a small coastal village near the island. If you start from Krui, then you have to charter a fishing boat. And if you start from Tembakak, you'll have to join the local people on the regular perahu (boat) that take them across every day.
